The Madden team resolved the issue where players were not able to connect to H2H mode, but they have since resolved that issue. They are still looking into the issue where players have not received their season rewards. You can see their update on the MaddenNFLDirect Channel
The same thing happened to me. What will be the compensation to the players who got screwed over by this issue? I expect a lot more than just my card at this point.
How are the going to compensate us for the 72 hours with no card? Their needs to be much more compensation for what we have been dealing with.
I need to speak to somebody personally and I would appreciate if you could provide me with a number or contact to reach out too.

Nimho2641 I am afraid there is no one you can personally call. Even contacting support they will tell you it is a known issue. For the moment, this is an issue that players will need wait on for the games team to resolve on their end.
So we need to wait on something we earned. EA sure does make sure nothing is ever wrong with the store now do they. There is a reason EA was voted worse gaming company. NFL should be ashamed for this to be allowed to happen to football fans. Still waiting on my reward, we will wait for whenever EA can do there job.
That doesn’t really matter Ik you an EA sheep but don’t stand up for a multi billion dollar corporation which the only thing they can do right is sell stuff weird how you can get your free season reward but there’s never a problem charging ppl for packs.
Have not fixed mine nor my sons. Loss my drive to even grind anymore. Whole weekend without my reward to help with ranked again.
How did ea resolve this issue? I still haven’t received my card yet🤦🏽♂️ the store is updating just fine but you guys can’t fix my card🤦🏽♂️ I was almost top 100 players and you guys gone keep my card from me🤦🏽♂️ I just want my reward for grinding 🤦🏽♂️ you don’t know how much hours I spent trying to grind and yet there’s nothing🤦🏽♂️ I have 200+ hours played on mut. This makes gamers lose interest to play the game when the company don’t give us our earned reward
I honestly think we should get compensate with a ltd card cause it’s been more than 72 hours without the card🤦🏽♂️
