Same here, as of 03/03 have not received my Julius Brents either. People spend alot of money and put many hours into a game just for EA not to care and never respond to players comments. But spend money at a 3rd party company they ban you quick. All about the money not the players. NFL needs to allow others the rights to make a game. Especially all the gambling that takes place with minors and states that don't allow gambling all these packs are just a gamble. A very expensive gamble.
Same here bro I made it to champion 3 had a round 35-3600 ranked points nd I still haven’t received Julius Brents it’s been days bro I don’t understand how some ppl are getting their rewards but not all
