h2h ranked reset

so h2h ranked reset this morning and again I got the wrong reward again this has happened to me 3 times now had to contact ea to get my Calvin Johnson and Warren Sapp now minkah because h2h ranked was bugged and wouldn't let me pass champ 3 even though I had over 3200 rp which is required to get 99 minkah fitzpatric and I got the wrong reward I got Kyle van noy ......

    Mine glitched too. Very frustrating. Did you ever end up getting proper rewards from them fixing before?

    ...Took me a month of contacting ea help to get Calvin Johnson I just got him 2 days ago now I gotta deal with this trying to get minkah hopefully you took screen shots before it reset to prove you had over 3200
