Community Managerlamborghini1217 Being that it is a promo pack, you as the player have to wait about 24 hours at the most before we can start looking into it. Any reports before that they will say have them wait.
What about the Patrick surtain II set I did?

lamborghini1217 When it comes to sets, rewards etc, that would be handled by support. They have a process in place for these issues. We will only send it to the games team if there is a mass-wide issue amongst the players not getting the rewards, accessing the set, etc. Missing content is always a support contact, not a forum concern.
I just posted a new forum, please read through that and let me know what I should do, the ea support team that I’ve spoken to sounds uneducated and I’m extremely disappointed that being an ea customer for the last 11 years leads to this.
