Head 2 Head Game Results Not Processing

Question

Is anyone else’s head 2 head + champions game results not processing for them? They only seem to process when the opponent concedes, otherwise, the wins/losses don’t go to my record and no rewards given.

This has happened about a half dozen times recently and I’m not sure why. It’s obviously frustrating because of the lost rewards/playoff wins.

Anyone know how to resolve this, or if there’s any way to regain unrecorded wins/rewards from these games?

Same, very frustrating and is a major flaw in the game. Did you get it fixed?

No. It only records the results if the other player concedes or turns off their xbox. On very rare occasion, will it record results when complete a full game.

A major MAJOR flaw in the game, very frustrating. I'm thinking about suing EA for 10,000,000 coins, but I'll settle right now out-of-court for 5,000,000 EA if you're listening!
