How do I get my Coins Back after not receiving content I paid for?!

Hey Everyone,

My issue has now been going on for two weeks since EA’s customer support is completely clueless.  I’ve literally contacted them several times.  Everytime I open a new case it sits there unresolved until they just cancel it.

At the end of last season, I bought a promo bundle under the Season specials.  It was 3 Most Feared Packs for 63,000.  I purchased them and opened the packs to only receive half of what was promised in the packs.  Each pack was supposed to contain two 70+ overall cards and two 82+ overall Most Feared cards, for a total of 12 cards.  Instead, I got six 70+ overall cards and nothing else(I have video proof).  I’ve explained this to support about twenty times and they keep giving me the run around.  The first person I talked to completely lied in the chat and said they would have it handled shortly.  Has anyone had any luck getting their coins back?  I can’t believe how poorly this is being handled.  It is a super simple fix.  GIVE ME MY COINS BACK!!!  This kind of incompetence is beyond irritating.
