I bought the game today went to field pass then clicked on events.

Why am I banned for doing Team Diamond sets???!!  I've been a madden player every year since the game came out. Of course help.ea didn't help me to restore my access.  I don't cheat in the game. In fact i''ve reported players cheating and I had video evidence (also the player had a top100player from ranked games) - of course that case was quickly shut down with no follow up or feedback from the team.  Yet  I  get banned !!!!! 

All I wanted to do is play with my favorite player Eli Manning. I finally finished the set only to get a ban notice Sunday at 10PM.  Seems like a very odd time for someone to be working

This game had almost lost me because of all the glitches and missing content (that i'm STILL missing) but if the ban remains, i'm also banning..... EA from my wallet!!!

Hi Thanks, but i tried that already only to get an automated reply.  I've heard of a few other people that this has happened to in the past.  I'm basically screwed for this year.

I can't play this game competitively anymore without access to the auction house.  If this isn't changed i'm done with all EA games

On top of all this we have a very toxic community plus glitch after glitch and missing content - I don't have 2 All madden tokens even though i've earned them all and I still didn't receive my alumni mvp pack.
