I CAN'T RETRIEVE MY MUT CARDS FROM CLOSED AUCTIONS

I can't retrieve cards from closed auctions that has not been sold. I have so many coins in there. I don't suscribe to PS Plus, maybe playing UT in solo mode doesn't give you the option to retrieve cards from the auction idk.
