I Did not received right awards! MUT h2h

Grinded to Champion 1, but after i got here and the season ended, I got no "season recap" and it said I was still a champion 1 with the season counting down for another 30 days. I decide to just try another MUT h2h in case it gave me the top end of session after but not even a "play" into the game I get disconnected and I get demoted to HERO 3 and received the Tight end when I shouldve been just a champion 1 and gotten 99OVR CB Zyon McCollum. After that my ranked had reset. I need that Cornerback. whats the point of the grind
