I didn't receive any rewards for solo battles. Why?

@EA_Kent Hey Kent. U haven't responded to anyone since last Tuesday. What's going on? We'd like some answers and a solution! We play through these games for our rewarded packs. And we're missing out on that!
@EA_Kent No Solo battles rewards since 2 weeks and still no answer. I also have no aka icons field pass and no solo play experience in my game. What's the problem. The money packs are in the game since monday, but you are doing nothing to solve the problems for the offline players.
I gotta be honest. I have given up on this. Solo Battles locking out every week before you get your games in. It has happened at least once a month since release. EA isnt gonna fix, they dont care, its not effecting their player base. You won EA you beat me at your own game.
I have no field pass either. Also missing a playoffs (wildcard) upgradable.
