I didn't receive any rewards for solo battles. Why?

Unacceptable that there is no response on this yet, and that we haven't gotten our rewards yet. No response in the bug report for it either. I have limited time to game, I need to know if this is going to be a recurring issue because as of now solo battles are just a waste of time if there are no rewards.

Haven't received rewards for solo battles in 2 years - never got any on Madden 24 - and now I'm currently getting none on Madden 25
