I didn't receive any rewards for solo battles. Why?

I completed the solo battles and didn't receive any rewards.

I just completed the 200k tier for Solo Battles and haven’t received rewards from that or any other tier in Solo Battles this week.

Last week 250000 points Legend Ranking and got no rewards

This week I played 3 games so far and also got no rewards

Also missed out on my rewards last week. Opened a ticket and support said "No Fix"

Locked out of Solo Battles this week.
