I still cant access Madden 25 and i bought the bundle

How do I get Madden 25? I bought the pre-order bundle and have never been able to download Madden. How do I access it? I've tried downloading Madden 25 multiple times but it always asks me to pay. It doesn't seem accessible from the NCAA download. What do I do?
