It kicks me out every time I try to access my roster on mut

It kicks me out every time I try to access my roster on mut ..... please please help me ea act like they don't have a clue what to do! I can't add players or change my abilities. Please help me someone.

I have had the same exact problem with MUT. Nobody at the help desk can help me.
