Solved

It will not let me open my line-up menu.

It keeps saying “our servers cannot process your request at this time, try again later” and it’s been doing this for like 3 days now after I bought the field pass. How does this kind of stuff always happen to me ? lol seriously though. I would love to get some help. I have no idea what to do to be able to access my line up. All I can access is my binder. I’m on a Ps5 . The EA guy told me to post something here for help so here I am. I heard stuff about taking off chemistry for team captain Troy Vincent ? I don’t even have him in my line up so idk why he’d be the issue because I have two team captains on my team already that didn’t give me any issue before I bought the field pass. I took all their chemistry off and it didn’t do anything different. I did buy a left handed Esiason card recently off the MUT catalog.. does that have something to do with it?

  • Resolution update: At the time my issue started, i needed to edit my lineup; X-Factors and Abilities. Unable to start message came when I selected the Lineup tab. Also then received that message displayed when trying to play, rather test Solo Seasons, Battles, etc.

Late last night, I saw a message saying my X-Factors and Abilities counts were too high. Of course, they could be as I couldn't get to my lineup. So I went to my binder and selected the last person I adjusted with abilities. I reduced the abilities to a very low level putting his card\team under the abilities level.

Making a long story short, i then successfully accessed my lineup screen. After that, I went to Solo Seasons and Battles without a problem. I'm thinking MUT erred out due to my abilities being set to high outside of the lineup screen (i.e. Binder).

Bottom-line: if you have card(s) in your line-up, adjust them in the lineup screen, not from your binder.

Your situation may be different. As you stated, you can still play online without a problem, that's good. I couldn't play solos, can you?

My only recommendation is that you clear out (remove not refund) lineup member abilities through your binder and its relevant lineup card. I started with my starting QB as his card was the one I last adjusted while in my binder. Somehow, the lineup screen may have been corrupted, possibly due to ability changes in my binder being different from the lineup list. I think I added too many abilities to the QB using my binder making it different from what was in place in the lineup.

Essentially, you would have to re-enter abilities and x-factors after you're able to access the lineup page.

    Good luck.
