It won’t let me access my field pass to see my progress or objectives

Whenever I go to my season 4 field pass or any other pass, it won’t let me check my progress or look at any objectives. Also, whenever I open a mystery pack with training and get the the mystery pack...

@Ryredsfan Same here and EA help is worthless . They used to have a phone number you could call but they got rid of it. I deleted the game and reinstalled it but it didn't help.
