Unbelievable that I just chatted with another “agent” who basically said I was lying and that there was never an advertisement in game (despite my providing the attached screenshot), and even if there were, the card is not guaranteed, so there was no false advertisement. This company is absolutely ridiculous. This license needs to be revoked by the NFl. EA does not deserve this cash cow, now they have resorted to fraud!
Literally the same thing happened to me, they said it’s not guaranteed. Like no *, but he WASNT EVEN IN THE GAME. Then they proceeded to blame it on pack probability. It’s ridiculous.
