Legend Divison

I’ve been playing ranked on ultimate team and just hit 3500 points and am still not in the legend division. For the last 2 seasons when I hit 3200 I always got the reward however this time no luck. Some of my friends have 3200 points are in legend division so I’m confused as to how this works.
