Legends Platinum Offer

After purchasing the legends platinum offer, I went to open the first 80+ and the server crashed and after getting back into ultimate team the packs were no longer there and the contents are not in my binder. After going through the ea support they said that on their end the contents are on my account but they aren't on my end.
