Lineup error

every time I hop on Madden Ultimate Team and go to lineups, it gives me a server error code saying we are Unable to process your request. I was wondering, what can I do to get that to stop? I have gone to your website and tried everything to do a quick fix, but it has not worked. Please help me out because I'm a big fan of your game and have spent money on it.
