Losing upgrade tokens

So I had all my upgrade tokens for the Unstoppable Marshon Lattimore but decided to take them out and put them into the Calvin Ridley card. However after I took them out I mysteriously lost one and now I can no longer max out Ridley. Anyone know what to do??
