Lost All Points

Lost all my points. Got a gift card for schristmas. Uploaded card and purchased 12000 points. I used some on christmas day to purchase packs . Today at 1230 when new content dropped it took all my points away. Store does not work to purchase cards or buy packs. attached a photo from this morning , and when content dropped same amount of coins and training but my points where taken away
