Madden 25 champions mode not counting wins

Question

Just played a mut champ game 3 days ago and didn’t get counted for my wins… I thought i will soon be given but so far nothing… also just played another game and still didn’t get rewarded my win if anybody knows what’s wrong I would highly appreciate the help thanks.&nbsp;

I don't know how to fix this yet.. but i noticed that the issue occurs when your opponent stays through the whole game and does not quit. every game i have played in ultimate team where my opponent stays until the end does not get recorded.
