Madden 25 ultimate team head to head

The issue I am having started a few days ago. When I try to join a head to head regular season match in ultimate team, it tells me that another gamertag has entered the lobby, which is where it would normally proceed to load me into the match. However, that has not been the case. After my opponent’s gamertag pops up, I am greeted with a message that states “our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later” and I am brought back to the madden Home Screen. I have tried to join multiple games since Tuesday, but every time I get this same result. I have also checked the server status of both my console and EA, both of which have consistently been working. I also want to note that joining a regular head to head online game, outside of UT, works perfectly fine for me. It is only regular season head to head UT that presents me with this issue.
