Madden 25 Ultimate team Ranked

Okay I just played a game in madden ultimate team and won a ranked game and it didn’t get me any RP for winning. I’ve had this happen to me three times and I’m not going to let it keep sliding. I’m sure it happens to many others and there needs to be makerights for it. My RP was frozen two days ago and i would still gain RP but only when I checked the leaderboard. Now it shows when I rank up but I was not reward 30 RP for three games. I check after every match. I’m ranked #12 on PC for ranked and was wondering if I get the top player reward in legend for achieving top 100 on only PC and not on cross play. If not I think that’s very unfair because the gameplay is not fair. I find it very difficult for PC players to play on cross play because every time I play someone on console my game lags and I sim through the plays. They play on switch devices or their moble phone and It makes so much sense why I lag and can’t have a fair fluid game.
