Madden 25 UT still has no updates on rewards from NCAA 25

@BigAlvino Hopefully by Thursday we will get some answers I'm still waiting for my 32 team Chem collectable & UA 87 pack + gametime pack makerights
The radio silence is not the best way to handle this situation I speak for everyone when I say Communication is the key
I don't get EA lack of communication with the community i mean even If you have nothing to report atleast acknowledge that you hear us & are continuing to look into the situation
Atleast this way people know there being heard I get EA doesn't communicate much anymore because of how rude & mean people are
That said it's still not right to go radio silence EA you are a business we are you're customers the best thing you can do is treat your customers like customers show em.you care with great helpful customer service & communication
This is all people want & are asking for again its not much & I understand if there's no update to share at the moment but any acknowledgment that you hear us & will have more information to share soon is much better then nothing at all..
Hopefully come Thurs you will have information on our missing content like my RP Team Chem Token & 87 UA Fantasy Pack + game time packs I'm owed
