Madden champion games freezing

Ive played 6 games today and 2 of them have frozen while being loaded into the game. Theres nothing I can do but quit the game and I receive a loss every time. My last game was with some dude named murda cene and you can see on the pciture its frozen but I have a loss for a score of 0-0.
