madden

I'm playing Madden 25 on a PlayStation 5. I installed the latest update and now I'm unable to access any challenges.  I receive an error message that my request cannot be processed.  I deleted the game then reinstalled it and I'm still receiving the same message.  The other functions of the game still works.
