Madden25 sets not working?

they don't care, we've been complaining for about 2 months about this bug and they refuse to give real feedback or if a solution is coming. For some getting rid of the players from the totw 81 overall pack worked (so try that first), but for the majority that did absolutely nothing. At this point, I want my money back. The Madden team is the most unhelpful bunch of people in regards to fixing an error and communicating that they are working on said issue. It's frustrating.
