Missing 96 BND Fantasy pack

Me too. I cashed it in last night to pick it today. Now it shows that I have 37 unopened packs on the home screen, bug only 36 when I go to open packs.

same issue im having i used all my power on my bnd pack and now today its gone 

How do you file a case. I have in the past, but can't find an option for it now

UPDATE! While these packs are not visible in-game, you should still be able to access them through the companion app.

I'm also missing two 96 bnd genki force champion fantasy packs.

Same here on both my PS5 and 4! I grind both consoles still! I was undecided who I wanted! But I spent over week grinding and put few dollars towards packs to ultimately buy that pack for them to just take away! I didn't play game after that yesterday I was so pissed! I been virtually ROBBED and I'm sick of it

Pure online robbery! Im sick of putting time in something? And it? Either doesn't track the objectives or like now? Pulls my reward I earned out my unopened packs! Pure BS! I won't play again today until I get what I all ready put time in for! Till then Fk this game

I can't get the companion app. Am I able to receive a makeright?
