Missing car

I completed a set for 90OVR Most Feared Champ Bailey and never received the card. All the 87-88 OVR players were taken from my binder but I got nothing in return. Has anyone else had this issue? I’ve been in contact with several people from support over the last 2 weeks and still no luck.
