When I purchased a Sugar rush Mystery pack my game crashed randomly and when I log back in my pack is not there but also the currency was not refunded.This has not happened once but twice with it happening yesterday as well
Community ManagerTristanpotato69 The studio resolved this. Since all content is server-side, not local-side, even when the game crashes, you will still have the content.
You can go into the binder and see what is new, or check the companion app. If you cannot see what content you got, you would need to reach out to Live Support so that they can check the logs and let you know what content was added from that pack.
