Missing EA Play Pro Rewards

I have spoken to two EA Help representatives, and they were both extremely polite and understanding. Just as the first representative suggested, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and finally received my 500 Madden Points. However, I am still missing all the other promised in-game content. Specifically:

"Cover Athlete Elite Player Item.
Choice of 2 Strategy Items.
Superstar Drip Gear.
Legendary XP Boost.
AKA Player Item."

The second EA representative I spoke to told me that the necessary steps are being taken and the content may or may not appear in the future. I hope that EA are able to make this right for the players and give everyone the content that they purchased and earned.
