Missing grid iron guardians welcome pack
I recently got madden but didn’t get the welcome pack so can’t use the cells.

I am missing my Gridiron welcome pack. I have a lot of max energy cell upgrade tokens that I can't use because I did all the challenges. Why am I missing my pack and will I be able to get the pack or no? I really hope I didn't waste my own time.
