Missing Lamar Jackson MCS twitch reward
I still have not gotten the Lamar Jackson Zero Chill MCS twitch drop reward from watching the stream last week even though I claimed it as seen in the attached screenshot. Have an open case #1979691...

15 Days ago I watched the MCS stream in hopes of receiving the Lamar Jackson CB card. I got every drop except for that one. I emailed Ea twice asking for help two weeks ago and have still not heard back. I then chatted with a person and they couldn't help me either and was directed here. The customer service has been poor. As you may know it must, cards go down in value as time goes on. I am hoping for this issue be resolved by the Lamar CB card being delivered to my account as well as additional compensation.
