Missing Makeright Content

I was told after my EA Help ticket, to come here and report it as well, I have STILL not received my owed power through the "Players who purchased the 96 OVR Genki Force Champ Fantasy Pack will be receiving 1880 Power Currency" makeright, and just want my currency, down below is video evidence of me not having the pack in my store, (showing I bought it), but have still not received my content.
