96 OVR Genki Force Champ Fantasy Pack make right

I was told after my EA Help ticket, to come here and report it as well, I have STILL not received my owed power through the "Players who purchased the 96 OVR Genki Force Champ Fantasy Pack will be receiving 1880 Power Currency" makeright, and just want my currency, down below is video evidence of me not having the pack in my store, (showing I bought it), but have still not received my content.

Same here tbh. I bought the BND pack and it's not in the store nor is the 940 power they said I should have in there for me to be able to use it on other things.

Hey folks,
For any make rights, this is something that we have to inform the team of. Community Managers cant view or grant who should have received what content. I've noted the thread and will alert the team that players are contacting about it.
