Missing MUT Rewards

Is there a plan in place to get these ( current and previous ) out to players?

Per the Madden 25 - Mut rewards page "

MUT 25 Packs Opened – In MUT 24 your Madden Rewards level is determined by any packs opened, including packs received from completing Solo Challenges, Winning Draft Champions Games, etc. are counted towards your Madden Rewards level.

Your MUT Packs Opened Count will update automatically throughout the year. We will announce updates on Twitter using @EASPORTS_MUT and you can follow us there for more information on your Madden Rewards. "

I have also noticed that we no longer have amazon prime rewards.

Is there a reason behind not announcing changes such as this?  I have been considering cancelling Amazon Prime and just subscribing to the movie streaming option.  Madden is the only game I play that has ( had ) rewards via Prime, so knowing that they would no longer be an option could have saved me some cash back in August or July.

EA should make some sort of visible effort to communicate with their customers.  

I know the peeps that help us in the forums are not given the choice on what they can or cannot do; but please pass along the suggestion.
