Missing MUT Season Rewards
I finished the rank season at champion 1 and haven’t received my award I was wonder why I didn’t receive it yet.. and I claimed but didn’t receive him.

Hey,
The Madden team resolved the issue where players were not able to connect to H2H mode, but they have since resolved that issue. They are still looking into the issue where players have not received their season rewards. You can see their update on the MaddenNFLDirect Channel Same bro, it’s been more than 72 hours and I still haven’t received my Julius Brent card.

You can see their update on the MaddenNFLDirect Channel” on every comment we leave, it’s like they won’t help us or they will not help us and it’s crazy to me cause some of us players spend a lot of time and money juss to play the game and yet the game won’t give us our earned rewards
