Missing Packs In Madden 25 (2024)

Hello, 

I have played madden for years at this point, and have put countless hours into these games. When you are playing Ultimate Team, you are guaranteed a pack if you get oh so many wins in a season, depending on your rank. I have played through many seasons in this new madden, hitting these rank up marks, and I haven't received a single pack. This is false, and might not be in accordance to the FTC. I am just hoping that I can get these packs that I have spent my valuable time working for in game.
