Missing player in Madden Ultimate Team from pack opening

I opened a pack in Madden 25 Ultimate Team. My Ultimate Team, not the game, crashed and I lost the card I got out of the pack and has yet to reappear.

    How to use EA Help

     

    1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
    2. Select Madden NFL 25 
    3. Select the "See all help topics"
    4. Select the option I'm looking for something I earned
    5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)
