MISSING REWARDS MUTMAS DRAFT CHAMPS

I’ve contacted EA 5 times about getting my missing rewards wins 2 thru 6 on the MUTmas draft champs and never received them still to this day. Season 5 is out now and I’m demanding extra compensation. It’s completely ridiculous that I can’t get something that I’ve earned!!!!
