Missing Rookie Premieres and Crossover Rewards

One more thing, last year EA communicated that Rookie Premieres would transfer from current gen to next gen!!! How did it all of a sudden change this year? And please show me where this was communicated to the consumer.

@EA_Kent can you please explain why rewards would not transfer between console generations (i.e. Xbox One to Xbox Series X)?  Genuinely curious what the logic is here, and why the consumer would essentially be punished for upgrading?

Hey i play on pc and I'm still missing my rookie premiere Jayden Daniel's. For some reason I only got a 32 team RP token and a 82ovr Puka Nacua.

It is now Friday and I still have not received my Rookie Premiere players.  Xbox gamer tag cunar12.

To just noticed my madden 25 game was downloaded under Xbox one on my series x.  This is a * excuse because my madden 23 was series x and I got every single rookie premier last year.  I do not accept this garbage excuse. Send me my cards.  Jrose3120.  Don’t play the victim cause it wasn’t an issue ever before.  Fix it

Still missing my third UA card.  Dont believe or trust EA for anything.  They don’t care about you, and they will continue lying to you. 

Still haven't received my 3 rookie premiers,  the team chem tokens, and Puka. 3 weeks and nothing.  3 cases opened and get closed with no explanation

Never received my XP token from Season 1.  It's too late to receive that now, but I'd expect something else.  That was a massive XP boost that I can't get at this point.
