Missing Rookie Premieres and Puka Item

I played Madden 24 on PS4 and earned 3 rookie premieres, the Puka item and chemistry tokens. It’s now been over 2 months since the August 22 “slow rollout” and these items have not been awarded to my Madden 25 account on PS5. EA Help looked at my account that it shows I should be eligible for these rewards, and suggested I let the MUT Team know there is still missing content for players like myself, by posting here.
