Missing Season 6 Ranked H2H Rewards

The team is still looking into the issue where players have not received their season rewards. You can see their updates on the MaddenNFLDirect Channel

You said to look on their X account for an update and they didn’t post a single thing. They did however promote their new season but they won’t give us any info on why we haven’t received our earned reward. Maybe you should look into it and give us an actual answer.

Doing a follow-up as the team did resolve this issue, and rewards did go out. If you have not received your Ranked Rewards, please log into the game and companion app and check both.

Please note: If it is the player card rewards, such as badges, logos, etc., those have not yet been sent out to players.

Any other rewards besides the player card rewards, please provide the following:

I'm glad some people have their rewards but this is still impacting some players. It's not true that it's resolved. What is the issue anyway?
