Buffaloandre123 No one is telling you that in any way. The information a Community Manager has is the information the studio team for said game has published, e.g., the X message I posted that said they were starting to roll out. 

We have to confirm with players which actual rewards are not received. If it is the player cards themselves, they have not yet been sent.
