Community ManagerHey, folks
Doing a follow-up as the team did resolve this issue, and rewards did go out. If you have not received your Ranked Rewards, please log into the game and companion app and check both.
Please note: If it is the player card rewards, such as badges, logos, etc., those have not yet been sent out to players.
Any other rewards besides the player card rewards, please provide the following:
EA ID:
Platform
PSN ID/Xbox Gamertag
Which specific rewards you are missing:
Not Official - but for reference H2h Ranked Rewards
By player cards, are you referring to?The ones we get from finishing as a champion on head to head.Rewards, because I have not got those is that what you're speaking about
