Missing Super Bowl Most feared Jordan Poyer Reward

I won a Super Bowl last Monday and never received 90ovr most feared Jordan poyer. I've been contacting ea help for over a week now to fix this issue and give me my card and I've gotten no email updates, nothing has been said on the maddennfldirect x account about this issue and I know I'm not the only one who has experienced this. This is really pathetic from a multi-billion dollar company. If this was a pack or coin glitch it would've been taken care of almost immediately
