Missing top player reward mut h2h

Got demoted after the season ended ???? Gave me champ 3 reward instead of top player reward. 

 I knew the season had ended today around 12pm or so .. it’s currently close to 10pm I turn my Xbox on and load up Madden 25 to claim my reward ( 99 Ryan leaf QB) for being a top player and well. I noticed the season updated and everything but didn’t get my reward so I figured I would do a placement match for the new season and maybe after that it would give me the reward or it would end up in my inventory at some point today no worries. I proceed to play my first placement match and win but then this happened. I got demoted for last season and that game counted for last season ? But this was well after the season ended and servers updated .. so I reached out to support and they were helpful as much as they could be but there’s nothing that can be done. So ultimately I wasted a month of time and patience to not get what I earned . Although the champ 3 reward is good that’s not what I was owed . I don’t want him I want what I earned.
