Missing TOTW Fantasy Pack - Purchased from Store

Yesterday, I tried to purchase a TOTW fantasy pack from the Madden 25 Ultimate Team store using Madden points (1950 points). It took my 1950 Madden points, but I never received the pack. It did not appear in my unopened packs tab, and it also did not appear in my item binder. I received a message in the game that said "you've unlocked a pack item. Select this to claim your reward", but when I click that option it just takes me back to the ultimate team menu and not the pack. Also, it did not auto-open the pack for me as I also do not have any new team of the week players anywhere in my item binder. I am on PC and use the EA app to launch madden. I have also tried restarting Madden and my PC many times. I have tried chatting with the EA support team multiple times, but they have been unable to tell me where the pack is.
