Missing Welcome Pack

I have no received a playoff welcome pack, the player you upgrade with the tokens. I have contacted support numerois times, and they have stated theres nothing they can do. Can i have this welcome pack issued again to me? I have reset my console as instructed, and double checked my unopened packs and binder. The card nor pack is there. Please help resolve this issue internally.
